Step by Step

Taipei 101 was not only the world's tallest building, but remains one of the most recognisable skyscrapers globally. Inspired by the shape of a bamboo stalk, its structure combines cutting-edge engineering with an aesthetic deeply rooted in Taiwanese culture. From its observatory, you can gaze out over the majesty of Taipei and its surroundings, from the mountains to the coast.

This ticket gives you access to the 89th Floor Observatory, which offers 360-degree views of the city, along with interactive displays and telescopes that allow you to explore key points of the skyline in detail. Learn about the building's architecture and the 660-ton TMD, a huge golden sphere that stabilises the skyscraper against earthquakes and typhoons.

Weather permitting, access to the 91st floor outdoor observation deck is also open for an even more impressive open-air experience. Don't forget your camera: every corner offers spectacular photography, especially at sunset or when the city lights up at dusk.

Plus, on your way out, you can browse the luxury shopping mall at the base of the building or enjoy dinner with a view, making your visit a complete experience. For those travelling with children, children under 115 cm are free of charge.

Visiting hours are extensive, with daily opening hours from 11:00 to 21:00 (last entry at 20:15), allowing you to tailor your visit to suit your travel plans. Remember to redeem your ticket at the designated "Taipei Fun Pass" machines upon arrival at the building.
