Your guide will explain the history of Mostar, show you its architecture and take you to brew a real Ottoman coffee.
Mostar is known for its Turkish heritage, which dates back to the time of the Ottoman Empire. During the tour, you will visit the main monuments and sights of the city, while learning about the Ottoman influence on the architecture, cuisine and local traditions.
There are many remnants of the Ottomans in Mostar, such as the Old Bridge, which is a symbol of the city, or the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, which offers a good view from its minaret. Your guide will tell you about the history and legends associated with these monuments.
There is also the Mostar Bazaar, where you can discover shops and stalls selling Turkish goods such as carpets, pottery and jewellery. Here you will have the opportunity to sample some Ottoman cuisine and see its gastronomic influence on Mostar.
