“The tour itself was lovely, and the city of Hamburg is beautiful. However, the drivers were unpleasant and unhelpful. They seemed aware that they were dealing with tourists but did not offer any assistance. There were also very few signs at the port and city center to indicate where to stand for the bus. Additionally, we were traveling with a 9, 7, and 6-year-old, and none of the stops provided shade, which made it uncomfortable for the kids.”

Our guide, Mr. Martin, coordinated the trip very well from start to finish, ensuring everything went smoothly and on schedule. The local guide in Boston, working along with Hello Travels, was also excellent. They explained the history, significance, and key attractions of both universities in a well-planned and organized manner, making the visit informative and memorable. Walking through the campuses of MIT and Harvard was an inspiring experience.
