A local guide will take you to see over 200 free-flying birds of different colours, bald eagles, dazzling hidden waterfalls, lush spruce and cedar forests, and charming seals resting along the way.
You will learn about the history of Vancouver and Howe Sound, from its First Nations tribes to its present day modernity.
You will have the opportunity to choose between 3 different excursions:
- Deep Fjords Excursion: discover the wilderness of the breathtaking fjords. Learn about Vancouver's rich history and the wildlife of the Sound. Discover marine life and bald eagle nests.
- Bowen Explorer Tour: You'll see the highlights of Howe Sound, including its coastline, islands and spectacular skyline. See the seal colony, bird sanctuary and views of the iconic Pt. Atkinson Lighthouse.
- Circular Safari Route: See the seals in their daily routine, the diverse bird life on Christie Island and view the towering cliffs surrounding Anvil Island.
