A really enjoyable morning. You get to see the inner workings of a boulangerie, including shaping some baguettes, rolling some croissant dough and making a financier cake. To be clear, it isn’t a cooking course where you get to learn how to marke something from start to finish but it is good fun and you get to take home lots of bread at the end.

Lots of goodies! When we finished the tour I bought some sweets because the truth is that so many delicious smells forced me to take something for the day. I didn't find another bakery like it the time I stayed in Paris.

The place was impeccable, an example of how bread is prepared and made in Paris. I recommend it to appreciate the way of working in another place.
