- Monastery of St. Nikolas Anapafsas, which dates back to the 15th century.
- Varlaam Monastery, which houses a museum inside.
- Transformation Monastery, which is the most important monastery in the area.
- Monastery of Agia Triada, built in the 17th century.
- Monastery of Agiou Stefanou, which was the first to be built in the 14th century.
