Enjoy a 2-hour UTV buggy tour of Lake Mývatn. Escape from the conventional routes and tour this natural gem located in the north of Iceland.
Accompanied by an expert guide you will start your adventure through the diverse landscapes, ranging from volcanoes to lava fields and deserts:
- Hverfjall: imposing circular volcano with a giant caldera offering panoramic views of the area.
- Lúdentsháttir: a geothermal area with incredible fields of fumaroles and bubbling mud pools, offering a fascinating insight into geological power.
- Dimmuborgir: Lava field with bizarre rock formations, caves and trails.
- Reykjahlíð: a fascinating village that acts as a gateway to the region and offers various amenities for visitors such as accommodation and restaurants.
The tour includes informative stops where you will learn more in detail about the geology and history of the region. Before starting the tour you will participate in an introductory session on the safe use of the buggy.
