Step by Step
If you are a food lover and would like to learn how to make pizza and gelato in bucolic Tuscany, this is a unique opportunity that you will enjoy. Thanks to a professional chef who will guide you and give you tips on how to make them, you will be able to make two of the Italians' favourite foods. As the farm is located on the outskirts of Florence, this reservation guarantees you transport from Florence to the location of the activity, which is only 15 minutes away from the city.
This excursion takes approximately five hours and is carried out in groups of around 26 people. Once you've heard the introduction and history of these two foods, you'll get down to work and pick up the ingredients to make them on the farm.
Three courses of food are included in this booking, either for lunch or dinner. You will also be served a beer or a glass of wine to enjoy during the activity.
You will also leave the activity with the pizza and ice cream recipes, so you can reproduce them at home or wherever you want. And if that wasn't enough, you'll get a diploma recognising that, from now on, you'll be an expert pizza and ice cream maker.
