Step by Step
Avoid the queues with these fast-track tickets to access the interior of Milan's Duomo, as well as its rooftop, museum, baptistery and the Church of San Gottardo. In an activity that usually lasts about an hour, you'll have the chance to see this 14th century architectural marvel. To go up to the spectacular rooftop, you have the option of either taking the lift or climbing the 217 steps.
This is one of the most visited monuments in Italy, as it is a reference work of the Gothic style in the whole world. It is 108 metres high and has a capacity for 40,000 people. Moreover, the height of the nave is around 45 metres, considered the highest of all Gothic vaults in a complete church.
It is a church full of details that you will be able to admire with every step you take inside. But also, with this reservation, you have the opportunity to do so from the outside, as you have access to the baptistery and the Duomo Museum. Here you will be able to see the evolution of this temple, which took six centuries to build and went through dozens of architects.
You will have the opportunity to see the city of fashion from the roof of the Duomo. On this panoramic terrace you will be able to see gargoyles, the temple's characteristic spires and many statues. Among them is the Madonnina, a golden statue of more than 4 metres that marks the highest point of the building.
You can also visit the Church of San Gottardo. This small and humble church, built in the 14th century, was the chapel of the Doge's Palace. When the Palace was extended, the façade of the church was embedded in its walls.
