On m’a annulé les tickets 3 heures avant le rendez vous… La veille j’ai reçu deux fois des appels de tourisk (ceux qui étaient censés nous faire la visite) pour me décaler ma visite , une fois on me propose 2 jours plus tard , une fois le matin à 8h45. Je leur explique que ce n’est pas possible car j’ai d’autres visites prévues aux moments qu’ils me proposent et je demande à chaque fois si c’est toujours ok pour la visite samedi 16h. On me répond à chaque fois que c’est toujours ok. Et le jour J on l’annule… je pense qu’ils avaient besoin de mes places pour un groupe plus important. Donc je ne recommande pas du tout ce tour opérator d’autant plus qu’à l’heure actuel je n’ai pas été remboursé (169 euros…) et que j’ai juste un mail qui me dit qu’ils vont s’en occuper.

La visite était intéressante mais nous n'avons pas fait le mont Palatin comme indiqué sur notre billet, ni le sous-terrain. Pou le prix de la visite, ce n'est pas acceptable.
