Step by Step
Immerse yourself in the culinary culture of Mexico with a cooking lesson in Los Cabos lasting approximately 4 hours. Together with a guide, you'll start with a visit to the spice market and tortilla shop, where you can buy fresh produce for the class.
Then, you'll arrive at the chef's house to prepare a complete meal including a delicious main course, sauces, side dishes and tortillas that you can enjoy hot off the grill.
As you cook, you'll learn about the culture and context of the cuisine you're preparing, and get tips from the chef on how to replicate the recipe in your own home.
When the meal is ready, sit back and enjoy what you've cooked along with drinks. The menu for the day may vary from tamales, seafood, tacos, meat and more, but it will always be a unique and delicious experience!
