Step by Step
This 3-hour tour will introduce you to the art and architecture of Maputo and take you to discover the cultural treasures of the city. It also includes entrance tickets for the different visits you will make, so you don't have to worry about making any further arrangements.
You will start your tour at a meeting point where you will meet your professional local guide. You will start with a visit to the Natural History Museum, where you can see an extensive collection of taxidermy or even see several examples of elephant foetuses.
After visiting the museum, you will head to the Núcleo De Arte, a famous artists' association and school where you can see paintings and sculptures by the artists working there.
You will also visit the Vila Algarve building, a historical building built by Augusto da Silva Pinto or the Wedding Palace.
Finally, you will visit the FEIMA market, where you can immerse yourself in the daily life of Maputo and explore the local craft stalls. Here you will find a wide variety of local products and restaurants, ideal for taking home a souvenir of your visit.
