Beer production in Poland has a long history. The earliest evidence of brewing dates back to the Middle Ages, when monasteries were the main producers in the country. The tour winds through Kazimierz, a neighbourhood known for its Jewish history and culture, as well as its many bars, restaurants and art spaces.
