Step by Step

A professional guide will accompany the group of about 15 people on a tour of Kazimierz, which lasts approximately two hours.

You will see some of the most important synagogues in Kraków's Jewish quarter. One of them is the Stara Synagogue, the oldest surviving synagogue in Poland and one of the most valuable monuments of Jewish architecture in Europe.

The Tempel Synagogue will be another stop on your route. As well as being a place of worship, it is an ideal centre for learning about Jewish culture, and hosts numerous concerts and meetings.

You can also visit churches such as the Corpus Christi Church, a religious building where you can admire a mixture of Baroque and Gothic architecture.

And not only that, but many other characteristic elements of the architecture and culture of this outstanding district of Kraków. These include Szeroka Street, the nerve centre of Jewish culture in Kraków, Nowy Swiat, Kraków's New Town Square, the venue for various festivals and events, and the Father Bernatek footbridge, a modern pedestrian bridge that separates Kazimierz from Podgorze.

Entrance tickets to the monuments are not included in the price, but you can buy them on the spot with the help of your guide.
