In a group of around 30 people, and for about 4 hours, you will walk through the streets and alleys and have the opportunity to stop at iconic Lisbon landmarks, such as the viewpoint of St. George's Castle or the Portas do Sol viewpoint, where you can enjoy some of the best views of the city.
Throughout the tour you will also have the opportunity to learn about the history and cultural importance of Fado, Portugal's most famous musical genre, as well as the influence it has had on the mentality and identity of its people.
Considered an icon of the country's art, Fado is a genre in which life experiences are expressed through song. It is usually accompanied by a Spanish and a Portuguese guitar and the themes are often sad or melancholic.
After the tour, you will go to a traditional Fado house, where you will have the opportunity to listen to the Portuguese guitar and the sad and heartbreaking lyrics of this typical Portuguese genre. All this, sitting at the table and enjoying good food, good wine and an even better atmosphere .
