Step by Step
A guided segway tour of Porto is a more original and fun way to get to know the city. Moreover, it will allow you to explore much more territory in less time and in a more comfortable way than a classic walking tour. For approximately 3 hours, you will glide through the streets of Porto discovering its main points of interest.
You will be accompanied by an expert local guide, who will be in charge of telling you everything you need to know about the history of the city, its legends and its most emblematic monuments. You will take a complete tour of the historic centre and its surroundings to discover all that Porto has to offer:
- Emblematic monuments such as the Cathedral of Porto (Sé do Porto), the Torre dos Clerigos or the church of Sao Francisco.
- More modern monuments such as the Ponte de Dom Luis I.
- Neighbourhoods and places full of history such as Miragaia or Ribeira Square.
- Places that bear witness to the daily life of the local inhabitants of the city such as the Sao Bento station, the Livraria Lello, Cândido dos Reis street and the Galerias de Paris.
There will also be time to stop for a refreshment stop and taste one of the most typical sweets of the area: the pastel de nata (cream cake). You will accompany this delicious pastry with a coffee to add a gastronomic touch to the tour.
This is a tour for small groups, but you can choose the private tour option if you want to enjoy more exclusivity. It is also a completely safe tour. Before the tour starts, you will receive basic information on how to use the segway and safety instructions.
