An electric scooter tour around Mallorca is a perfect experience if you don't have much time and want to visit the city in a dynamic and comfortable way. The activity includes a safety helmet and, in a group of around 10 people, you will ride through the streets of Palma de Mallorca.
During approximately one hour you will pass by sites of high cultural and historical value such as the Cathedral of Mallorca or the Basilica of San Francisco. In addition, a local guide will go with you along the way while you discover the city that was declared by The Times as the best city to live in.
Mallorca is characterised by the Gothic architecture of its buildings and castles, as well as its long sandy beaches. As one of Spain's most beloved destinations for visitors, Palma de Mallorca is now a city where tourist overcrowding is becoming a problem. That's why a fast scooter tour is the ideal plan for sustainable and comfortable sightseeing.
The old town and castles of Palma de Mallorca are characterised by their ancient medieval buildings. Civilisations such as Arab, Roman and Catholic have formed part of what is now Mallorca.
Some of the most emblematic places you will see are:
- Santa Eulàlia parish church: a Catholic religious temple declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1931.
- Arab Baths: a great tourist attraction that represents one of the few vestiges of Muslim architecture in Mallorca.
- Convent of Santa Clara: built in the 13th century, it was a place where extraordinary services were provided during complicated times in the history of Spain.
- Basilica of San Francisco: a basilica erected at the end of the 13th century and whose Gothic cloister was declared a National Monument.
- Cathedral of Mallorca: in the Levantine Gothic style, it is the main religious building in Palma de Mallorca.
- Almudaina Palace: the official residence of the King and Queen of Spain during their holidays in Mallorca.
- Parque del Mar: one of the main urban parks of the city and is located next to the wall and near the cathedral.
- Museum of Mallorca: it is a building constructed in the 16th century as a result of the union of several old houses in Palma. It was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.
