Step by Step
On this tour to Gibraltar you will get to know one of the most impressive areas of the peninsula, with a rocky nature reserve that serves as a gateway between Africa and Europe.
You will start your half-day trip departing from Seville, in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle that will take you to and from your accommodation.
Accompanied by a professional guide, you will explore the natural beauty of this coastal region, where the Strait of Gibraltar joins the Mediterranean Sea with the Atlantic Ocean.
You will visit the Rock Nature Reserve, located 420 metres above sea level. From there, you will get the best panoramic view of the whole territory, from where you can see Africa on the horizon.
You will be surrounded by the impressive and unique local flora and fauna, including its population of Barbary macaques, a very particular breed of monkeys that will make you feel in an unforgettable idyllic journey, in contact with nature.
These animals live in the territory known as the Monkey's Den, which also extends along the slopes of the Rock.
You will have the opportunity to walk along paths such as the Mediterranean Steps, Inglis Way, Royal Anglian Way and Douglas Path, beautiful and peaceful green trails where you will be able to contemplate the dreamy scenery characteristic of the area.
Further inland from the Rock of Gibraltar you will visit another must-see natural area: St. Michael's Cave, a system of limestone caves located more than 300 metres above sea level. Inside you'll find plenty of colour and attractions such as the auditorium, where cultural events and musical performances have been held.
After strolling around Gibraltar's most popular sites, you'll have free time to explore other parts of the city at your own pace. Sightseeing includes a variety of shops for shopping and restaurants for lunch (lunch not included in the tour).
