Step by Step
How does the London Pass Plus work?
The pass works very simply. When you make your booking you will receive a digital version of the pass and instructions on how to use it by email. You can carry it on your phone or, if you prefer, print it out. You will also have the option of downloading the mobile application that will be specified on the booking voucher. You will be able to access the complete list of attractions, manage your bookings and, in short, have all the information you need to enjoy your pass at your fingertips.
How do I activate the pass?
You can obtain the pass and keep it without activating it for up to 1 year. The pass is activated when you use it for the first time. The moment you activate it, the time starts to count, i.e. calendar days are counted, a day ends at 00:00h. Also, bear in mind that if you have chosen a pass for more than 1 day, the days are consecutive. If you want to make the most of your pass and your time, it is best to organise to activate it in the early hours of the morning.
What are the advantages of the pass?
London has a huge cultural offer, especially focused on its monuments and history. So, thanks to this London Pass Plus you will have access to more than 90 monuments and emblematic places of the capital for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 days depending on your needs. In addition, apart from the main monuments, you can also enjoy activities such as a boat trip on the River Thames, or access to the Big Bus sightseeing bus . All this among many other options for you to find the ones that suit you best.
Are there any attractions that require advance booking?
Yes. Some attractions need to be booked in advance. Although you don't have to think about which places you are going to visit when you buy the pass and you can organise your trip as you go along, it is advisable to get an idea and check beforehand whether you need to book or not to avoid unforeseen events. You can do this from the pass app or by following the instructions that you will receive by email after purchasing the pass.
Do children need a pass?
Yes. But note that there is a bigger discount on the pass for children aged 5 to 15, and children under 5 don't need to get a pass. Which makes it an even better option if you're travelling as a family.
