Step by Step
How does the London Pass work?
Using the London Pass is very simple. Once you complete your booking, you will receive your pass in digital format along with instructions by email. You can carry it conveniently on your smartphone or print it out if you prefer. You will also have the option of downloading a mobile app, where you can access the full list of attractions, manage bookings and consult all the information you need to make the most of your pass.
How do I activate the pass?
You can buy the pass and keep it without activating it for up to 1 year. Activation occurs the moment you use it for the first time. From that moment on, the days of use are counted in calendar days, with each day ending at 00:00. If you choose a multi-day pass, please note that it must be used on consecutive days. To make the best use of your time, it is recommended that you activate it early in the morning.
What are the benefits of the pass?
London offers an unrivalled wealth of culture, and with the London Pass you can access over 90 sights and attractions over 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10 days, depending on your choice. As well as the most iconic historic sites, the pass includes unique experiences such as a boat trip on the Thames, allowing you to explore the city in a different way.
Do I need to book in advance?
Some attractions require advance booking. While you don't need to plan all your visits when you buy your pass, it's advisable to check in advance if any attractions require it to avoid disappointment. You can easily manage this from the pass app or through the confirmation email you will receive after purchase.
Do children need a pass?
Yes, but with special benefits. Children aged 5 to 15 can purchase the pass at a considerable discount, while children under 5 can get in for free without a pass. This makes the London Pass an ideal choice for families who want to explore the city without the hassle.
