Step by Step
Take advantage of Miami' s sunrise or sunset to practice yoga and meditation for an hour outdoors. This experience of well-being and tranquillity is guided by an instructor specialised in the practice of yoga and meditation. At sunrise you can meditate and do yoga from the beaches of South Beach. If you prefer to do your practice at sunset, you can do it from South Point Park.
The instructor-led yoga session lasts approximately 45 minutes. Whether it's from the beach at sunrise on South Beach or at sunset from South Point Park. You will have wonderful views and be in a natural environment very close to the sea which will help you to have a better experience.
After the yoga session, you will have about 15 minutes of guided meditation. You will be able to breathe fresh air, calm your mind and find inner peace. The combination of yoga and meditation will help you to release stress and tension. The natural environment in both practices will help you to achieve serenity and well-being.
