Step by Step
Tour the Sonoma Valley in comfort while learning about its traditions with this 5-hour wine tour by tram. All the information will be given to you by a historian, who will act as your tour guide, and to whom you can direct all your questions.
You will be part of a small group during the experience, of about 16 people, so the guide will be able to provide you with a more personalised experience. Throughout the tour you will be able to admire through the windows the rolling hills and green vineyards around you that are the highlights of this wine region.
In addition to this, you will also visit the most famous local wineries where you will admire their interiors and learn about their winemaking. If you wish, you can also take part in a wine tasting for an additional fee.
What is included is a full picnic lunch. This will come from a local restaurant and will consist of gourmet foods such as salads, sandwiches and desserts.
Therefore, you will have a complete experience where you will discover both the current wine tradition of the area, as well as the origins of its history as a Spanish mission while visiting monuments such as the Bandera del Oso or the barracks of General Vallejo.
