Step by Step

Priority access tickets allow you to visit Seattle's Sky View Observatory without queuing. It is a panoramic viewpoint located on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center skyscraper. The view from the top is spectacular and includes both the city and the surrounding nature. The attraction features the Sky View Café & Bar offering sandwiches, salads, coffee, beer, wine and cocktails.

In addition to a 360° view, digital and analogue information panels explain the most important features of the visible attractions:

  • Elliott Bay - The city's bay and end point of the Puget Sound, it is surrounded by a waterfront promenade redeveloped in 2017.
  • Great Wheel - A Ferris wheel with 500,000 LED lights.
  • Olympic Mountains - Western Washington's mountain range, not particularly high but very beautiful.
  • Space Needle - Futuristic vantage point and true symbol of the city. It was built for the 1962 EXPO.
  • Mount Rainier - An active volcano at over 4,000 metres, it is the highest peak in Washington State.
  • Pike Place Market - The oldest market in the United States. It is famous for its local produce, bohemian atmosphere and a fish market where you literally throw fish away.
  • Mount Baker - Another active volcano, covered in glaciers. It is home to a famous ski resort.

Visibility is usually good even in bad weather. If not, it will be signposted at the entrance. In any case, the view of the skyscrapers shrouded in mist is an impressive sight. If you want to go home with a souvenir, the souvenir shop is located in the atrium.

Beautiful views, especially at sunset. We stayed for drinks and had a great time. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not accept cash.

The first time I shopped there it was a real hassle and even though I wanted to go back, I never would! I gave this ticket a try and it was a piece of cake, it didn't even take 10 minutes!

It was a great facility to have the ticket in advance and to have a fast pass. We were very well dressed and my girlfriend waiting in heels was a no no!

Sky View Observatory in addition to the beautiful views also has a bar for a drink, so if you have the opportunity to stay, I recommend it.
