Discover incredible natural landscapes with this Yellowstone Lower Loop van tour from West Yellowstone. Enjoy hotel pick-up, if you've selected the option, and board a vehicle with your local guide for the drive into Yellowstone National Park. Make frequent stops for short hikes and marvel at the hot springs of the Great Prismatic Spring . Hike a little further to see the eruption of Old Faithful Geyser and also view the incredible waterfalls of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.

After pick-up from your hotel, you'll travel in a comfortable air-conditioned van and in small groups of about 14 people you'll head out to see the Madison and Firehole Rivers . Grab your telescope and high-powered binoculars and observe the wildlife along the river, all while listening to your guide tell you the story about the local landscape and its wildlife of bison, birds and lynx .

Enjoy a morning snack and a hot drink and then hop off the van to hike along trails to the Grand Prismatic Hot Springs overlook. Admire the largest hot spring in the United States, marvel at its various shades of reds, ochres, greens, oranges and blues, and don't forget to take some amazing photos.

After the hike you will head to historic Old Faithful and see the eruption of the famous geyser. Here you will also see the beautiful Old Faithful Inn, a National Historic Landmark, which has been in pristine condition since its construction. Admire this historic building built in 1903 out of logs and stone, and then wander along the park's trails to explore a beautiful geyser basin along the lake.

See spectacular thermal pools by the lake and then settle into a quiet spot for a picnic lunch with cold drinks. Relax for a few minutes with incredible views of Yellowstone Lake and then visit one of Yellowstone's most iconic valleys, Hayden Valley, to see large herds of bison roaming.

Enjoy short hikes and finally arrive at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, you will see thundering waterfalls that go over 100 metres and a canyon of wonderful bright reds and yellows .
