This surf lesson lasts approximately 2 hours and is taught by an experienced professional. In addition to his explanations, it includes the rental of a surfboard and a wetsuit (or, failing that, a life jacket).
This activity is particularly suitable for those who want to take their first steps in this sport. Before entering the ocean waters - which are characterised here by gentler waves - there is an introductory lesson on the beach.
