Antwerp is a city steeped in history, from the ancient streets of the old town to the interior of the museums. In fact, in the 19th century it became an important industrial centre, with a thriving port and a large diamond trade, and was also the epicentre of the two world wars when it was occupied by Germany.
During this bus tour, which if you don't get off the bus takes about an hour, you can get off at the following stops and see the main sights of Antwerp, such as:
- Groenplaats: a historic square located in the centre of Antwerp where you will find the statue of the famous Flemish baroque painter Peter Paul Rubens, as well as the Antwerp Cathedral.
- Steenplein: a historic square named after Het Steen, a medieval castle that once stood on the site and is now a museum.
- Centraal Station: one of the most impressive train stations in Europe, considered a masterpiece of railway architecture.
It is worth noting that the bus will have multiple departures throughout the day.
