    Company changed the time of tour and took off on us because we didn’t know the change happened. Apparently, they use WhatsApp for notification and I never look at WhatsApp. Hopefully, I get a full refund. And the people there were nasty and oh by the way - we weren’t the only ones that this happened to. In our same reservation group there were others who were victim to the same situation. This company needs to do a much better job of handling this situation and I better get a full refund Very disappointing when your expectations are something (anything really) and you pay nearly $400 to get nothing !!!
