Step by Step

This tour of Casablanca lasts approximately 4.5 hours and allows you to explore Casablanca without too much walking. The tour is conducted in an air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi and an expert guide is on hand at all times.

As a bonus, the tour includes hotel pick-up and drop-off, water and skip-the-line entry to the Hassan II Mosque. After visiting the largest mosque in Morocco, the itinerary foresees other stops, including:

  • Habous Quarter: this is a traditional Moroccan medina in a modern style. Its wide pedestrian streets are lined with craft shops, restaurants, booksellers and vendors selling olives, spices and fruit.
  • Notre Dame de Lourdes: designed by architect Achille D'Angleterre, it is notable for its large stained-glass window depicting the life of Christ and other biblical scenes.
  • Arab League Park: designed in 1913 by the French architect Albert Laprade, it is the largest park in the city and a real oasis of peace. Inside the park there are palm trees, exotic plants and a large pond with water lilies.
  • Place Mohammed V: the administrative centre of the city, with the typical architecture of the 1920s. Here stands the statue of Hubert Lyautey, a general in the French army.
  • Place des Nations Unies: the square that connects the new city with the old one. In addition to being a very exclusive area, it is home to many fashionable shops and restaurants.

The itinerary also includes a stop at the Central Market, located a short distance from Mohammed V Boulevard. You'll find stalls selling fruit, vegetables, spices, meat and traditional food.

Comfortable and entertaining way to get to know the city. The Old Medina and the Mosque were my favorite stops. There were only two families in the group.
