Queenstown Remarkables Helicopter Tour with Alpine Landing

In this activity you will have the opportunity to fly in a helicopter from Queenstown to the Remarkables mountain range . The flight will last approximately 20 minutes, during which you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking aerial views of Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps .

During the flight you will be able to listen to the pilot's commentary, who will give you lots of interesting facts about the places you will fly over. Finally you will land in the Remarkables mountain range at an altitude of 1,538 metres. From there you will be able to enjoy the beautiful natural landscapes of New Zealand and take pictures of one of the best preserved places on the planet .

The flight will be conducted in small groups of no more than 6 passengers, which will ensure that you can enjoy the most intimate and personalised experience possible. Both the transfer to and from the hotel is included in the activity, so you don't have to worry about the logistics of the trip.

The Remarkables mountain range covers an area of approximately 45 kilometres and reaches a maximum altitude of 2,319 metres at its highest peak, Double Cone. These mountains are a major destination for winter sports enthusiasts, as they are home to the Remarkables Ski Area, a popular ski and snowboard resort.

It is also a popular place for outdoor activities during the summer, such as hiking, climbing and mountain biking. The scenic beauty of this mountain range has been featured in several film productions, including the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

After the activity, you will fly back to the heliport, where you will be picked up and taken back to your hotel .
