Queenstown Winery Tour

Join this tour and participate in a wine and food tasting at one of New Zealand's most famous wineries. The activity will last for 4.5 hours, during which you will head to the Central Otago wine region, known for its stunning beauty and excellent wines.

During the tour, you will be accompanied by an expert guide, with whom you will learn about the wines, food and local produce for which New Zealand's South Island is famous. At a cosy local restaurant, you'll enjoy a tasty lunch and indulge in the authentic flavours of the region, paired with local wines .

Afterwards, continue your journey through the picturesque Kawarau Gorge to the renowned Gibbston Valley Winery. Here you will have the opportunity to explore the largest underground cellars in the country and discover the winemaking process of the region.

You can also sample premium wines and local cheeses to get a taste of the different grape varieties that thrive in the fertile soils of the region. Gibbston Valley Winery is known in particular for its excellent wines made from pinot noir grape varieties.

The winery has, since its founding in 1981, been regarded as a pioneer in winemaking in the area, with wines renowned for their distinctive character, elegance and balance. In addition to pinot noir wines, the winery grows other varieties such as chardonnay, riesling and pinot gris.

At the end of the tour, you will return to Queenstown, having enjoyed a day full of good food and wine.
