More about: Best Things To Do In Dallas
Dallas has gone down in history for being the scene of the assassination of John F. Kennedy. It is still exciting to follow the last steps of the president and visit the places where the tragedy was conceived and developed.
But Dallas is much more. Its museums, parks, bars, alternative neighborhoods and shopping malls will make you enjoy a city to which, without a doubt, you will want to return. Here's everything you can't miss.
1. Bird's eye view of Dallas from Reunion Tower
At 171 meters tall, Reunion Tower is one of the hallmarks of Dallas. Forget about vertigo and climb to the top of this magnificent building. The best views (and photographs) of the city await you there.
Its upper part, the GeO-Deck observation deck, is a lookout with an indoor and outdoor part that will allow you to contemplate a 360º view. In addition, you can learn much more about the city thanks to its interactive exhibits. I recommend it as a starting point to explore Dallas.
2. Follow the last steps of President Kennedy
On November 22, 1963, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. Touring the scenarios in which this tragic event was conceived and developed is a real live history lesson.
There are several key points: Dealey Plaza, where the president was shot; the building from which Lee Harvey Oswald fired; or the John F. Kennedy Memorial. With a guided tour you can learn all about what happened that day and some conspiracy theories. To learn more visit our article on The best JFK tours in Dallas.

No matter how you look at it, you'll feel small as you walk through AT&T Stadium, its locker rooms, its press room and, of course, its playing field.
