Step by Step

Learn how to be a chef in the New Orleans cuisine with this demonstration class. In an experience that lasts around two hours and in groups of around 34 people, an expert will show you how these dishes that have travelled around the world are made.

During the workshop you will have the opportunity to sample large portions of the prepared dishes, as well as the option of coffee, iced tea or beer to accompany them. You will also be able to take the recipes of the dishes that will be prepared so that you can try making them at home.

Louisiana Creole cuisine is a style of cooking that blends French, Spanish, Caribbean and African influences due to the colonial era of the last few centuries, where slaves did the hardest work.

In the class you will see how some of the main dishes of New Orleans are prepared, such as corn and crab chowder, gumbo, wild boar, shrimp, crab etoufee or bread pudding.
