See where the spider crabs live and thrive, prepare local dishes from the region and then sample them over lunch with drinks.

From the southernmost city in the world and after being picked up from your hotel in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, you'll embark on a journey along the Ruta de la Centolla, where nature and cuisine merge in a unique experience.

Passing through lush forests and accompanied at all times by the Lasifashaj River, you will delight in the breathtaking scenery of the Argentinean Patagonia . During the fun masterclass, you'll delve into the preparation of the spider crab and thanks to your chef you'll learn all the techniques behind each dish to be made.

Become an expert cook, cook a homemade menu of fresh fish from the Beagle Channel and seasonal fruits, and at the end of the class, enjoy the authentic Tierra del Fuego spider crab . As well as other dishes with a variety of seaweed, vegetables, provoleta and even delicious crepes and trifles .

With the best views of the Beagle Channel, and in one of the most picturesque restaurants in Puerto Almanza, you will be delighted with an exquisite TACC and vegan lunch, accompanied by refreshments and typical drinks of the region.

I loved the variety of delicious local dishes I was able to try, but I would have liked to see more information about the history of Ushuaia's gastronomy.
