Step by Step
Phoenix is Arizona's most populous city and lies in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. By purchasing a hot air balloon ride you can fly over it, admiring its wide open spaces, the silhouette of Camelback Mountain and the mountain range that borders the city. The experience lasts approximately 4 hours and includes breakfast and a glass of champagne after the flight.
This balloon ride takes place in the morning to avoid the scorching temperatures of the day. The Sonoran Desert is located on the border between the United States of America and Mexico and highs reach 30 degrees Celsius even in winter. The flight can be made at any time of the year and does not require any special precautions. However, it is advisable to bring
- Comfortable clothing, preferably in layers
- Closed shoes, preferably trainers
- Sunglasses and/or a cap with a visor to protect your eyes from UV rays.
- Sun protection
- Water, remember that it is best not to drink too many liquids before the flight
- Backpack or small bag
- Binoculars
During landing, the basket may shift sideways. Don't worry, this is perfectly normal. In any case, before take-off your guide will explain the characteristics of the means of transport and how to behave during the flight.
