Step by Step

This small group tour is perfect for exploring one of Africa's and the world's natural wonders: Victoria Falls and Devil's Pool. The tour lasts approximately 3 hours and departs from your hotel in the town of Victoria Falls, just a short distance from the mighty waterway that marks the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia. The experience includes an expert guide and breakfast or afternoon tea.

It is advisable to bring a swimming costume, as during the tour you will have the opportunity to dive into the water and safely reach the edge of the waterfall. As for the itinerary, the following stages are planned:

  • Victoria Falls - The Zambezi River flows over a plateau and then flows into a depression. The falls are about 1,700 metres wide and 120 metres deep, and as the water falls it forms a spectacular mist and several rainbows.
  • Livingstone Island - The arrival point of David Livingstone, Scottish explorer and first European to admire the powerful flow of the waterfall.
  • Devil's Pool - A small natural pool that skims the edge of the waterfall. A safety rope prevents you from being swept downstream and ensures safe bathing.

If it is not possible to access the Devil's Pool, the guide will take you to another equally spectacular natural pool: Angel's Pool. In any case, it is advisable to wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun and to protect your skin with sun cream.
